This is the section of the Web site where you would generally expect to find lofty language about markets, mission statements, and corporate visions.

Instead, I'm taking this opportunity to convey a more personal message about commitment. Whether you are a potential customer, a potential partner, or just someone wanting to learn more about our corporate philosophy, the most important thing I can say to you is that we are deeply committed to the success of our customers and partners.

Commitment can mean different things to different people, so I'd like to elaborate on what it means to us. Delivering on our promises is just the beginning—we think of that as the baseline. When we are providing a component in an overall solution, we are committed to the success of the entire solution, not just our component. If we foresee problems with system architecture or specific interfaces, we will not only notify you, but also offer you whatever additional insight and advice we can provide. If we can make changes to our components to solve an integration problem, we will. If we can create additional tools to help with deployment and operation of a service, we will. Beyond that, we are constantly looking for ways to help you leverage the investment you've made in us and the partnership we formed. That leverage may come in the form of additional services that carriers can offer their customers, new ways to improve existing services, and new ways to differentiate products or capabilities.

We understand that in choosing to work with Core Mobility you are making a personal bet on us, with the success of your project at stake. Our commitment to you is that we will do everything in our power to make you successful, even if it comes at the expense of some of our other short-term objectives. We realize that in the long run, our most important assets are our reputation and our track record.
